Amy van Vectel
Nothing gets missed, not even on a busy day.
Amy reads your business mail, works out what needs attention and drafts a reply. You decide how much she handles herself.
Click a message next to this and adjust what Amy is allowed to do. The outcome comes from the same decision rule that the product itself uses to decide whether a reply is allowed to go out.

A request with a commercial angle. Amy drafts the reply, but never sends it herself.
Amy's draft
Good morning Jansen, Thanks for your request. We would be glad to put together a proposal for the periodic maintenance. To make it fit I need two more things: how many installations are involved, and where are they located? Once I have that, I will send the proposal with an indication of the lead time.
Waiting for you
The draft is ready. You read it over and send it.
Amy keeps the work moving
Read
Amy reads new messages as soon as they arrive in your shared mailbox.
Assess
She works out what needs attention and which messages need a reply.
Prepare
Amy writes a fitting draft based on the message that came in.
Send
You check and send it, or give Amy room to do that herself within fixed limits.
You decide how much Amy takes over
The mode is set per mailbox and stays visible. You can start small and give more room only when it fits.
- draftAmy proposes, you send
- Amy reads the mail, drafts a reply and leaves it in your inbox. Nothing goes out until you click send.
- partialAmy sends it herself, after a wait during which you can step in
- Amy writes the reply and schedules it. During the set wait you can read and cancel it; if you do not step in, it goes out on its own.
- fullAmy sends it herself right away
- Amy sends the reply right away, with no wait. Complaints and quotes are always held back, and she never replies to automated mail.
From signing up to reading along
You connect the mailbox you already have. Nothing moves and no address gets added.
Connect your mailbox
You enter the address and details of your existing mailbox. Amy reads along via IMAP and sends via your own server, so your mail stays exactly where it is. No forwarding rules, no new mail address.
Let Amy read along
From that moment Amy sees new mail come in. She works out what it is about and writes a draft. Nothing goes out yet.
Set limits
Per mailbox you decide what Amy is allowed to send herself. Every mailbox starts at proposing; giving more room is a deliberate action, not a setting that shifts on its own.
Add rules
Have important mail forwarded to a colleague, or send a blind copy of every reply to an archive address. That way you know what goes out on your behalf.
Sensitive mail stays human work
Complaints and quotes are always held back for human review. Even in the widest mode, Amy never decides on her own how such messages get handled.
- Human review
- You see what Amy assessed and which reply she prepared.
- Encrypted storage
- Mail content and draft replies are stored encrypted.
- Stored in the EU
- Amy's data storage is in a European region.
Where customer questions come together
- info@
- Recognize questions, sort them and prepare a fitting draft reply.
- verkoop@
- Spot inquiries and get them ready for a quick, substantive follow up.
- planning@
- Tell changes and practical questions apart from messages that need no action.
What happens to your mail
You let an assistant read along with your customer contact. You should then know where it stays and for how long.
- Your mail stays yours
- Amy reads your mailbox via IMAP and sends via your own server. You move nothing and keep working in your own mail program; what Amy sends simply lands in your Sent folder.
- Stored encrypted
- Subject, sender, content and drafts are stored encrypted in the database. The key lives outside it, so whoever has the database does not have the mail.
- At most 7 days
- Incoming mail is kept for at most 7 days and then wiped automatically. Amy is a workbench, not an archive; your mail server stays the place where you keep your mail.
- Stored in the EU
- The database is in a European region. Delete a customer, and everything that belongs to them goes with it.

| Warning for a sender that does not add upAmy checks every incoming email for whether the name matches the domain, whether the domain does not resemble your own, and whether the sender is verified. If something is off, she warns you and skips the ready-made reply. She does not filter anything out and does not catch everything. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to switch to a new mail address?
No. You connect the mailbox you already use. Nothing changes about your address, your server or your mail program.
Does Amy send things without me?
Only if you give her that room, and never for complaints and quotes. Every mailbox starts in the mode where Amy only proposes. If you turn on more room, you also choose whether there is a wait in between during which you can step in.
What if Amy gets something wrong?
For every message you see what she made of it and which reply she wrote, and you adjust the draft before you send. If she is in a mode where she sends it herself, you can hold back a scheduled reply during the wait.
Can I pause Amy temporarily?
Yes. You can pause sending on its own per mailbox; Amy keeps reading and preparing regardless. Mail keeps coming in as usual in the meantime.
Does it work with Gmail or Microsoft 365?
You connect a mailbox with password access over IMAP yourself. For Gmail and Microsoft 365 the connection runs through a sign in screen from Google or Microsoft; contact Vectel for that.
What does it cost?
There are three packages with a monthly bundle and a price per mail above that; you see them above under Pricing. You start with a trial and then choose the package that fits your volume.
Give every customer question a next step
Start with proposals. Decide later per mailbox what Amy is allowed to send herself.
